In this guide we show you the simple steps to download any version of Microsoft Office directly from the official Microsoft website: setup.office.com. You only need your product key to get started.
Steps to download Microsoft Office
- Visit the official site:
Open your web browser and go to setup.office.com.

- Sign in to your Microsoft account:
Enter your Microsoft account credentials. If you don't have an account, you can easily create one from the same site.
- Enter your product key:
Enter the 25-character key you received when you purchased your Office program. Make sure you type it correctly.

- Download your Office program:
After verifying the key, the site will allow you to download the corresponding version of Office. Click the download button.
What to do after downloading Office?
- Run the installer:
Open the downloaded file (
Setup.exe) and follow the on-screen instructions. - Activate your copy of Office:
When prompted, enter your product key again to complete activation.
Important notes
